Return Policy
To initiate a return or exchange contact support@awesomelaptopbags.com. within 10 days of receiving the item and explain the reason for the return. All items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging and hang tags. You must pay the postage for the returned item. We will send you a refund check for the amount of the purchase only, not including shipping charges.
Backorder Policy
You will be notified by email or phone if the item you purchased is not available at this time.
Shipping Policies
Your laptop bag will be shipped by either USPS, UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Delivery will depend on your location within the Continental U.S., but normally it will be within a week. Please contact support@awesomelaptopbags.com for shipping prices, if you are located outside the U.S or if you require expedited delivery. The prices for shipping within the Continental U.S. are $6.95 for one sleeve, $8.95 for one tote and FREE SHIPPING on any order of two or more bags.
Damaged Goods Policy
We guarantee our bags to be free from defects when you receive them. If your item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 10 days for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs). Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care, loss or damage to contents.
