Q. Do you offer a warranty on your laptop bags?

A. We guarantee our bags to be free from defects when you receive them. If your item does not meet your expectations, please return it within 10 days for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs). For extended warranty information please email us about your specific bag and we'll let you know about manufacturer warranties. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care, loss or damage to contents.


Q. How do I take care of my laptop bag?

A. We suggest only spot cleaning with mild soap and a damp cloth.


Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept only PayPal at this time.


Q. How will you ship my order?

A. Your laptop bag will be shipped by either USPS, UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Delivery will depend on your location within the Continental U.S., but normally it will be within a week. Please contact support@awesomelaptopbags.com for shipping prices, if you are located outside the U.S or if you require expedited delivery. The prices for shipping within the Continental U.S. are $6.95 for one sleeve, $8.95 for one tote and FREE SHIPPING on any order of two or more bags.


Q. What if my laptop doesn't fit in the laptop bag? How do I return it?

A. Always be sure to measure your laptop carefully and compare it to the dimensions given in the description of the bag so hopefully there won't be a size issue. To initiate a return or exchange contact support@-awesomelaptopbags.com and explain the reason for the return. You must pay shipping for the return. We will refund the cost of the bag, not the original cost of shipping. All items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging and hang tags. 


Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

A. Customers who live in Colorado will be charged sales tax for items purchased.
